Dental Tbilisi

The clinic

Seventeen years of quiet obsession.

Dental Tbilisi opened in 2009 with two chairs, one microscope and a conviction: that dentistry in Georgia could be practiced at the level of Geneva or Milan — without the airfare.

The Dental Tbilisi clinic

Mission

To make world-class dentistry feel effortless.

Not just clinically excellent — humanly excellent. No fear in the waiting room, no jargon in the consultation, no surprises on the invoice.

Vision

Tbilisi as a destination for smiles.

We believe this city can be to dentistry what Switzerland is to watchmaking. Every patient who flies home smiling is our argument.

Philosophy

Three rules we never break.

Honesty before revenue

If you don't need a treatment, we will tell you so — and have, thousands of times. Trust compounds better than any invoice.

The result must age well

We design for the decade, not the photograph. Materials, proportions and bite mechanics are chosen for how they behave in year ten.

Calm is clinical

Fear tightens muscles, raises pressure, ruins outcomes. The interior, the pace, the music — everything is engineered for calm.

History

The story so far.

  1. 2009

    Two chairs in Vera

Dr. Kharadze opens the practice with a single microscope and a waiting list within months.

  2. 2013

    The digital turn

First clinic in Georgia to go fully digital — intraoral scanners replace impression trays.

  3. 2016

    The Vake atelier

We move into our present home: 800 m² designed by architects who had never built a clinic — deliberately.

  4. 2019

    In-house laboratory

Ceramists join the team. Crowns and veneers are now made meters from the chair.

  5. 2022

    International patients

Patients from 30+ countries. A dedicated coordinator team for those who fly in.

  6. 2026

    Today

Nine specialists, twelve thousand patients, and the same conviction we opened with.

Interior of Dental Tbilisi

The environment

A clinic that doesn't feel like one.

Oak, stone, daylight. Music chosen by a curator, not a radio. Coffee that would embarrass most cafés. If the room is calm, the patient is calm — and calm patients heal better.
