Dental Tbilisi

The doctors

Nine specialists. One philosophy.

Our clinicians trained in Geneva, Milan and Seoul — and chose to practice in Tbilisi. Each leads a single discipline and works only within it.

Dr. Nino Kharadze

Founder · Prosthodontics & Smile Design

Dr. Nino Kharadze

A perfect smile is one nobody can prove is designed.

Nino founded the clinic in 2009 after residencies in Geneva and a fellowship at the University of Milan's prosthodontics program. She has designed over three thousand smiles and still photographs every completed case herself — a habit from her first year that she refuses to delegate. Her design philosophy is borrowed from architecture: a smile must suit its face the way a building suits its street.

Implantology & Oral Surgery

Dr. Giorgi Abashidze

In surgery, slow is smooth — and smooth is fast.

Giorgi placed his first implant in 2010 and has placed more than four thousand since, with a documented survival rate above 98%. He trained at the Straumann Institute in Basel and returns yearly as an instructor. Colleagues describe his surgical style as 'unhurried to the point of stubbornness' — a description he considers a professional achievement.

Orthodontics & Aligner Therapy

Dr. Mariam Beridze

Teeth don't know how old you are. They just move.

Mariam leads the clinic's orthodontic practice and was among the first specialists in Georgia certified in digital aligner planning, training in Seoul — the world capital of the discipline. A third of her patients are adults who assumed they had missed their chance; correcting that assumption is her favorite part of the job.

Dr. Luka Tsereteli

Endodontics & Restorative Dentistry

Dr. Luka Tsereteli

Every tooth we save is an implant nobody needs.

Luka spends his working life looking through a microscope at spaces thinner than a human hair. He completed his endodontic training in Vienna and is the reason the clinic's motto for hopeless teeth is 'bring it to Luka first'. Roughly a quarter of his patients arrive with an extraction appointment booked elsewhere; most keep the tooth.

Pediatric Dentistry & Prevention

Dr. Elene Japaridze

You cannot treat a child who is afraid. So first, we make the fear leave.

Elene trained in pediatric dentistry in Prague and in behavioral guidance in London — the science of making a four-year-old comfortable in a dental chair. Her examination room has no visible instruments, a ceiling projector, and a drawer of prizes she restocks personally. Children who once cried at other clinics ask their parents when they can visit Elene again.
